Having begun her career in April 2009, Associate Broker, Sarah Stansbury, has traversed a tremendous amount of real estate in the North Country, where she was born and raised. She’s helped hundreds of families buy & sell Real Estate, served on the Clinton County Board of Realtors since 2012, most recently as 2023 President. She established the local chapter of the Young Realtor Network (YRN) in 2014, leads The Wish Fund Charity committee which grants wishes to adults in Clinton, Essex & Franklin counties that are facing terminal diagnosis, and was awarded CCBR Realtor of the Year in 2019. Her credentials, continued education and depth of experience in the area are exceptional. Beyond her expertise, however, lies a passion for this career that is unmatched. You will quickly realize this upon meeting Sarah. She’s magnetic, direct, and driven. She is dedicated to the development of Clinton County, leading a plethora of volunteer opportunities for community members to take an active role in the betterment of the place they call home. Sarah’s ambition is no secret. Helping individuals and families navigate this process—while exciting, can be challenging—is her most finely tuned quality as Realtor. She is patient and persistent and knows the value of this milestone—whether buying or selling. She’s the queen of home projects, loves a good book, spending time with her family, traveling and playing in the Adirondacks with her dogs, Zen & Ruby.
